You’re really really thrilled to say what you want when you want! You are the best kind of person to try rpm because you want to bring a way to communicate to those with autism! Too many with autism really want to communicate but can’t! You want them to be able to talk with you! Everyone should be enjoying talking to each other!
My best friend Eri graduated from Giant Steps Friday May the 8th! I hope to be her friend all my life! She is very sweet and smart! She also is beautiful! We have known each other since we were 5! We used to fool the new aids by making them think we could not do anything and have them do everything for us! We can now communicate with each other using RPM! We are going to prove all those who misjudged us wrong! I can see a bright future for Eri! I am blessed to know her! Good luck Eri on a great future!
You tease others and they tease you too. You really enjoy teasing. You want to feel good about yourself. You want your friends to feel good about themselves. You want everyone you are teasing to feel terrific! You want to address everyone’s feelings with love! Trying, I’m the nice one! Not trying, I’m the impatient one! I’m wanting to try! You try too!
Today I went to a fundraiser at the Empty Bottle in Chicago! They had several bands perform which was exciting and fun! The music was loud and great! I talked with several of my teachers! I am so thankful Bridget Invited me to come! I felt like everyone else! They all talked to me and we all laughed and enjoyed the music! My former music therapist played drums for the featured band! I am more of a fan of country music but I still had a great time!
I went to Church with my parents today! I felt God’s presence in the Church! His love for us is more than I can comprehend! I was able to do the responses with my letter board! That made me feel part of the service! I felt a special bond with my brothers and sisters in Christ! I want to go to both my Mom’s and Dad’s Church again!
I saw my really nice former teacher! Other about town ways to teach pre reading is how you learn the best! Miss Linda taught me to read and work math! I’m really glad I saw her! The afternoon was a lot of fun! We talked about the past! Then we talked about the present! We also talked about the future! I’m so worried about the future! It’s unknown! Really a lot to talk about! We talked for hours! They almost threw us out! We will see each other again!
Friday was a lot of really wonderful fun with my friend Eri and her family! We went out to eat at Chilis. We talked using RPM! I asked Eri questions! Questions were asked of me! The time went by too fast! People were really nice! People tried to tell my mother why I should go to Canopy! I really had a great time!
My friend Patrick graduated from school. Patrick turned 22 and in my school you have to leave when you turn 22! I am going to miss Patrick! I knew him since I was 5 years old. He was so much fun! He was always high energy! He made school fun! He kept everyone on there toes! You really felt excitement around him! I remember when we were young he would swing all day long if allowed to! I was the same way! I remember a time when he let me have his swing! Patrick I am going to miss you! Hope that the future is bright for you!
The future really is terrifying! I’m graduating next December right before Christmas! I’m upset that my Mother doesn’t want to move to Green Bay! I’m trying really hard to get her to go! I’ve tried just about everything! Upset you’re having to go to a program that does not use RPM! You want programs that really use RPM for talking! I’m going to use RPM to talk is the feeling you have wanted in your life! You really must live in Green Bay!
I had a great time Saturday night with my friend Erica and our families! It was pleasant to see Erica enjoying herself and having such a great time with the music! I could not sit down I was so excited! I wanted the concert to last longer! I want to go to more events like this with my friend Erica! Life is to short not to have fun!
